The popular Dachstein "High-Altitude Air" package combines the top attractions on the Dachstein Glacier into a varied day-long itinerary. It’s ideal for companies, clubs, bus tours, and other groups of 20 or more people.
The package includes:
- Round-trip ride on the Dachstein Glacier Cable Car
- Admission to the suspension bridge, including the “Stairs to Nothingsness”
Self-guided glacier hike (without a mountain or hiking guide) - Lunch at the Dachstein Glacier Restaurant
- Visit to the Sky Walk and Dachstein Stairway to Heaven observation platforms
- Admission to the Ice Palace

Dachstein Student Package
School groups are also very welcome at the Dachstein Glacier. Here, young people can experience the glacier up close and learn interesting facts about geology, geography, natural history, and history right on site.

Directions to the Dachstein Glacier Cable Car
To reach the valley station of the Dachstein Glacier Cable Car, take the Dachstein toll road. The toll is included in the ticket price when using the Dachstein Glacier Cable Car. There are plenty of parking spaces for buses right at the valley station. This allows your group to arrive comfortably and start your trip to the Dachstein Glacier in a relaxed manner.
